Complicated-subsystem teams
The complicated subsystem teams own systems and services that require specialist knowledge, such as mathematical models, face-recognition engines, trading algorithms, NLP Engines, etc.

Their job is to reduce the cognitive load of stream-aligned teams, as operating such systems by stream-aligned teams on their own would require them to spend tons of energy that they should put into their stream's mission.
Complicated-Subsystem Teams are more common to be seen in larger organizations with many teams and services.
