Three team interaction modes
Team Topologies defines three interaction modes that exist between teams:
- Collaboration: two teams working closely together on the same thing.
- X-as-a-Service: one team is consuming something created by another team with as little collaboration as possible.
- Facilitating: one team is helping another team to remove obstacles.
Using them in smart way can increase the results you're getting fromt ech teams.
